Q1: What is the MOQ for your portable power station?
1.For RYTON POWER brand products, the MOQ is 5 pcs;
2.For customized/OEM/ODM products, please contact our sales team for details.
Q2: What is the product ordering process?
1.Please let us know the model, quantity and payment method you prefer.
2.We will return Proforma with all details, terms and conditions.
3.Confirm payment of deposit to us.
4.Production and delivery following your schedule.
Q3: Does the product have a warranty period? How long is the warranty period?
1.For RYTON POWER brand products, we provide 12 months warranty from the date shipped on board.
2.For OEM/ODM products, please refer to our sales team for details.
Q4: How does your factory do in quality control?
Strict quality policy is our top priority. Equipped with complete laboratories and professional testing instruments, we meet highest level of performance tests. QA and QC team are supervising through the whole process of production to make sure none piece is left behind.
Q5: Can I have my logo to be printed on the products?
Yes, you can. Besides the product alone, we suggest to print your logo, company name and address on packaging and I/M to fulfill your private brand projects.
Q6: What is your sample policy?
Since the station is high value commodity so sample charge is required. Courier freight will also be at buyer’ s account.
Q7: What is the packaging looking like?
We are having a nicely-designed UN box packaging. You may have the die cut to design your own. Inside the box, there are two protective foams up and down to protect the power station. Please contact our sales team to send you the box design photos and files.
Q8: Can I visit your factory?
You are welcome to visit us. Please contact our sale team to arrange everything for you.
Q9:Can Ryton provide higher power for the power station products?
Yes, if you have a team, or the project needs to work in areas without electricity, such as: mountains, deserts, wilderness, suburbs, etc., we can provide 10,000 watts with a battery up to 10kWh or bigger. Such kind of product can meet the daily electricity needs of a few people, or even a dozen people. Please refer to our team for more information.
